A Day Built Around Bree

The Fall Bash is a friendly community kickball tournament held in Bree's honor. Register as a team or as an individual, volunteer for the day, sponsor the event, or simply come out and cheer. Proceeds support Bree's Legacy programs and community outreach.

Registration

  • Individual or team registration.
  • $20 per player.
  • Solo players may request placement on a team.
  • Team captains are the primary contact.
  • All players must review the rules and complete the required waiver before playing.

Tournament Rules

Teams

  • Minimum 10 players; 8 on the field.
  • At least 4 female players in the lineup.
  • Maximum roster of 15.
  • At least 2 female players on the field at all times.
  • Waiver required for every player.

Game Play

  • 7 innings or a 50-minute time limit.
  • Finish the current inning when time expires.
  • 10-run mercy rule after 5 innings.

Pitching & Kicking

  • Underhand pitch with minimal bounce.
  • One foot completely behind home plate at contact.
  • Bunting allowed, except with bases loaded.
  • Three fouls equals an out.

Fielding

  • Outfielders stay behind the base paths until the kick.
  • For a male kicker, only the pitcher may charge; other infielders remain back.
  • For a female kicker, all infielders remain behind the diagonal first-to-mound-to-third line until the kick.
  • No head or neck pegging unless a runner is ducking.
  • Infield fly rule applies.

Base Running

  • Runners must remain within the baseline.
  • No sliding into first or home.
  • Out by tag, force, or pegging below the shoulders.

Tie-Breaker

  • The last kicker from the prior inning starts on second base.
  • Continue until a winner is decided.

Sportsmanship

  • This is a family charity event.
  • Zero tolerance for fighting, aggressive language, or poor sportsmanship.
  • Umpire decisions are final.

Format

  • Double elimination across three fields.
  • Lose twice and you're eliminated.

Rules may change at organizer discretion; updates will be shared with captains.
