Bree's Legacy carries Bree's love forward in three main ways — raising awareness for organ donation, giving comfort to families in hospitals through Hugs in a Basket, and showing up for our community with the kind of practical, personal help Bree would have offered herself.
Organ Donation Awareness
At just 15 years old, Bree checked the box to become an organ donor — a quiet decision that ended up saving three lives.
We share Bree's story so more families have that conversation before they ever need to. Registering takes a minute. The ripple it creates can last generations.
Hugs in a Basket
Bree's Legacy donates thoughtfully packed comfort baskets to hospitals for children and families walking through really hard days.
The baskets are placed and distributed by each hospital's care team, so they reach the families who need them most, exactly when a little extra love matters.
Community Outreach
Community Outreach is the umbrella for the many quieter, everyday ways Bree's Legacy shows up — Bree Book Nooks, scholarships, school and teacher support, holiday giving, and local help that meets people right where they are.
It's the part of our work that looks the most like Bree: paying attention, noticing needs, and doing something kind about it.
