- •Larger or priority logo placement on the event page and shared signage

- •Logo on the event banner, sponsor banner, or photo backdrop when applicable
- •Vendor/display space when the event and venue allow
- •Recognition during event announcements when appropriate
Physical signage, placement, promotional items, vendor space, and on-site announcements depend on the specific event, venue rules, production deadlines, and available space. Benefits that cannot apply to a particular event are not promised for that event.
Another Way to Give
In-Kind Donations & Services
Not every partnership is written on a check. Businesses and individuals can donate useful goods or professional services instead of cash, subject to current needs and approval from Bree's Legacy.
In-kind recognition is based on the documented fair value and usefulness of the contribution, and any benefits are agreed upon before the donation is accepted. Donated items and services are not automatically assigned a cash sponsor tier.
Year-Round Partnership
Legacy Partner
$2,500
A full 12-month partnership — not a calendar-year package.
Your partnership begins when the agreement is confirmed and payment is received, and continues for 12 consecutive months. Year-Round Legacy Partnerships may be limited so each partner receives meaningful recognition.
How the Partnership Year Works
A Legacy Partnership is a rolling 12-month term based on when your partnership is confirmed — not the calendar year.
- •Website and digital recognition begin when payment is received and the partnership is confirmed.
- •The partnership continues for 12 consecutive months from that activation.
- •Renewal information is sent before your individual 12-month term ends.
Example
A partnership activated August 15, 2026 continues through August 14, 2027.
Recognition, event benefits, and outreach involvement apply across the full 12 months of that active term.
Annual Partner Banner
Printed Once a Year on March 1
"Your partnership begins when payment is received and remains active for 12 months. Our year-round partner banner is updated and printed annually on March 1. Partners who join after March 1 receive immediate website, social-media, event, and outreach recognition and will be added to the next annual banner."

Upgrade Your Event Sponsorship
An event sponsorship may be credited toward the $2,500 Year-Round Legacy Partnership when upgraded within the same calendar year. Your 12-month term begins when the upgrade is completed.
